Pre-Configuration
We can configure your modem package so that on receipt, your customers can simply plug and play. CD software and installation guides come prepared to work with the user's PC and the username and password predetermined. Device Management
By using our standard TR-069 platform for service activation, we can manage your installed devices in the home remotely. The user simply registers with us for free service upgrades and we do the rest. This includes firmware upgrades, automatic configuration and remote diagnostics.
Lifecycle Management
We will handle your products throughout their life – from delivery in to our warehouse to disposal. Our sophisticated on-line system can ensure that customer returns are managed correctly and either quarantined for further inspection, returned to the manufacturer for rework or recycled responsibly.
